Transport patients and clients in a safe and professional manner. Assist patients and clients as needed to ensure safe transfer. Effectively communicate with Charge Nurse regarding scheduled progress and the ablity to receive and perform additional duties/instructions. Ensure Dialysis recliners are properly disinfected between clients and returned to Dialysis Suite at end of shift. Comforts patients and their family members by offering support and encouragement. Stock supplies daily and help with inventory. Assist with lab labeling. Complete "MOLST " commnication book forms in a timely manner Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following all standards and procedures Qualifications Must have a high school diploma or GED equivialent. Must have at least 1 year experience woring in a healthcare setting. GNA certificaiton needed. Must have a current CPR/ BLS certification. Must be comfortable working with the geriatric population. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team centered environment. Ability to lift 50 lbs or more. Must be able to work as scheduled.
