Producer. Location: LAABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:Televisa. Univision at Univision LA is looking for a Producer to join our team! Univision LA is looking to add a dynamic and creative Multiplatform Content Lead. This position will be the leader in the identification and implementation of multiplatform strategy with a focus on video as well as act as the subject matter expert on streaming, social, digital and news content audience growth strategies – either in their infancy, planning or in the execution stages. The Multiplatform Content Lead will be embedded within our Newsroom and work directly with the VP News Director and other staff to create, optimize, distribute content in all of Univision Chicago Platforms, with the ultimate view of growing audience. ABOUT YOU:You should have a good attitude, be proactive and work well in a fast paced-deadline driven environment. This is a hands-on position, it requires the ability to edit and create elements (graphics/video/audio), manipulate artwork and write scripts. You must poses good Customer Service disposition and work well with clients, management and co-workers. YOUR DAY-DAY:Development and production of promotional content for commercials and news including TV, radio, digital and local events. Write scripts, do camera work in studio and on field, edit video and audio, and manipulate design and motion graphics. Conceptualization, storytelling and able to maximize usage of multimedia resources. Take projects from start to finish under minimal supervision, be social media savvy and have knowledge of content production for Television, online and digital outlets. YOU HAVE:3-4 years of production experience with different types of broadcast media (video, audio and graphics) preferred. Functional to advanced knowledge in the following technologies:Adobe CC suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition). Professional camcorders and DSL - Rs (Such as Blackmagic, Canon, Panasonic and Sony). Field production lighting, audio recording and gear. Green screen and studio production environment.i. News, Viz. RT and news gathering tools are a plus.v. Creative, Smartsheet, Google Documents, Slack or other workflow tools are a plus. Knowledge in 3 D animation with Cinema 4 D are a plus. Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc.). PC and MAC computer skills. Proficient in written and oral Spanish and English. Ability to drive, stand, walk and sit for up to 8 hours. Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays. Ability to Lift 50 lbs. Valid Driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a clean driving record. - This position will require NABET union membership. Televisa.
