Provides outstanding customer service to all residents, family members, responsible persons, and visitors of residents in the community Supports Concierge Department in ensuring all visitors are screened and checked in according to Inspir policy Assists with move-in and move-out of residents, including physical moving of resident belongings Delivery and physical set-up/take-down of the residence, including all furniture, equipment and fixtures based upon floor plan provided Deliver residents' mail and packages Ensure building entrance is unobstructed and free of clutter at all times Direct guests to the reception area or the appropriate office/room upon entry into the building Run errands for residents upon request or as directed by management Reports damages throughout the building to the Concierge Services Manager Complies with health and safety regulations Follows evacuation rules of building in case of emergencies Participate in on-going in-service and training requirements Follow emergency procedures Understand and comply with all Inspir safety practices and procedures Carries out other duties as assigned Education/ Experience/ Licensure/ Certification: High school diploma or equivalent required Two (2) years' experience as a Porter or related position Experience in and passion for working with seniors Why You'll Love working for Us: Competitive wages Flexible shifts Growth opportunities Bonus & incentive programs Competitive Benefits Package: including medical, dental, vision, 401 K match, company paid time-off, life insurance policy, insurance deductibles and voluntary Aflac insurance for our full-time employees.
