Support the management of commercial loan portfolios by providing oversight and ensuring sound credit decisions in accordance with the Bank’s established policies and procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage commercial loan portfolio to include proper structuring of new loans and renewals based on established lending guidelines and loan policies. Analyze complex credits and prepare clear, complete written and oral presentations with minimal assistance. Work with Loan Coordinators in the processing and documentation of new loans and renewals of existing loans. Act as liaison between R - Ms and customers on day to day activities involving various departments within the Bank. Coordinate other client services to include Treasury Management, Card Solutions, Wealth Management and Mortgage. Facilitate ongoing portfolio management which may include coordinating appraisal reviews, collateral evaluations and loan review updates and other duties as necessary. Assist the team with the origination of potential new financing and deposit opportunities. Performs other duties as required. Qualifications:This position requires strong analytical and decision making skills based on a thoughtful assessment of risk and attention to detail along with good judgment of character. Must have excellent communication habits and present sound recommendations in a professional manner. Effective time management and organizational skills are required for daily multi-tasking. Must have the ability to analyze financial statements using excel and create necessary pro-formas to support new lending scenarios or hypothetical modeling. Superb inter-personal skills to work within a team environment while successfully developing/retaining client relationships. Self-motivated to work independently and take ownership and accountability. General knowledge of banking regulations, compliance standards, market trends and products relating to the banking industry. Supervisory Responsibilities:None. Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business. Minimum one to three years of Commercial Lending experience. Formal credit training program preferred. Computer and Software Skills:Working knowledge of Microsoft office suite and Google Mail. Salesforce and LinkedIn experience preferred. Certificates, Licenses and Registrations:None.
