Explore our employee perks: What You Will Do: Provides a wide variety of administrative and staff support services to ensure efficient department operations while supporting physicians, staff, patients, and the community. Key Responsibilities Include: Provide day-to-day administrative support to physicians and departmental staff. Schedule appointments, screen and route phone calls, and make appropriate referrals. Coordinate with physician offices regarding patient referrals. Schedule and assist with community health screenings. Manage incoming mail and departmental documentation. Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and departmental manuals. Monitor and maintain office supplies, equipment, and materials. Oversee clerical workflows to ensure timely and accurate completion of work. Provide guidance, delegation, and performance oversight of clerical activities as assigned. Perform timekeeping duties, including accurate Kronos data entry and error resolution. Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, agendas, and meeting minutes. Create and format documents using a variety of PC software applications. Uphold HIPAA standards and comply with all organizational safety policies.
