Recruitment 70%Recruitment of assigned graduate and/or professional studies programs at the College. Includes managing all communication with prospective students at all points in the application funnel within these programs. Attend recruitment events; this will include some weekend and evening events. Organize recruitment events and information sessions specific to assigned program populations. Collaborate with Marketing and additional departments to support student experience within the recruitment and enrollment stages. Internal Communication and Campus Engagement 30%Collaborate with deans and directors of respective programs to provide recruitment updates, and collaborate on outreach strategies for these populations. Communication with internal prospective students (current Endicott undergraduates) about Graduate study opportunities. Be an active participant in the life of the College by attending and supporting key events like Commencement, Homecoming, and other all-hands-on-deck gatherings. Show a spirit of collaboration and community involvement, including volunteering when possible. Other Duties. Other duties as assigned. Reporting Structure. Reports to the Senior Associate Director of Graduate Admissions. Supervisory Responsibilities. No supervisory responsibilities. Graduate degree required (degree in process will be considered)Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.> Preferred Qualifications. Higher education experience is preferred.
