To provide support to Managers / Directors in daily assistance of all administrative aspects of the sales process with clients, as well as the coordination of tradeshows, collateral materials, and travel arrangements. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Works with Directors and Managers to generate contracts, proposals, and any additional client correspondence needed to assist with conducting business for groups at all the Universal Orlando Resort (UOR) Hotels. Services as a conduit between Hotels, Revenue Management, UOR Marketing, Managers / Directors, and clients in terms of communication as needed. Responsible for the coordination of all aspects of a site inspection for Managers/ Directors, including, but not limited to, Guest Room Reservations, Amenity Requests, Transportation, and Ticketing. Coordinates and processes reports, entertainment requests, travel requisitions, and expense reports. Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities. Perform other duties as assigned. EDUCATION: Associate degree (AA) or equivalent preferred. EXPERIENCE: 1 year of sales experience is preferred in a clerical or office environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
