Creates and maintains blueprints and architectural drawings with computer design software. Executesaccurate field surveys. Maintains the space tracking database. Assists in creating presentation materialsand graphic design applications using online software. - Uses data, notes, and specifications to create blueprints, architectural drawings, and/or otherdesigns using computer-aided design (CAD) or BIM software; converts sketches and drawingsfrom paper to AutoCAD. - Performs accurate and detailed field surveys on a variety of buildings and/or sites. - Prints and plots creations following established procedures. - Maintains space tracking database. - Analyzes, generates reports and develops visualizations on space-related information. - Assists in the creation of presentation materials and design drafts; develops graphics using avariety of online software programs. - Maintains working knowledge and/or develops understanding of latest CAD software. An Associates Degree is required for this position and a Bachelor's degree is Preferred. The position may require additional hours up to 37.5 hours per week when necessary.
