As a Caregiver, at The Pines of Richfield, you'll assist residents with daily living activities, provide companionship, and ensure they receive the highest level of care. We are seeking a compassionate, dependable Caregiver who thrives in a team-oriented environment. Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time, benefits eligible position working a varying schedule. Wage Range: $19.12 - $23.31 / hour based on experience. Shifts Available:Evenings 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (Full-Time or Part-Time)Location: 400 West 67th Street, Richfield, MN 55423 Caregiver (CNA, HHA or PCA) Responsibilities:Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility. Monitor and record vital signs. Administer medications and assist with treatments as directed by a nurse. Provide companionship and emotional support to residents. Document care provided in a computerized charting system. Observe and report changes in residents' physical and emotional well-being. Collaborate with nurses and other caregivers to ensure the highest level of care. Caregiver (CNA, HHA or PCA) Qualifications:Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Personal Care Attendant (PCA) certification is preferred, but not required! Med Passing strongly preferred! Passion for senior care and a strong sense of compassion. Reliable and able to maintain a consistent work schedule. Strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset.
