SCHOOL PRINCIPAL-DELRAN MIDDLE SCHOOL Delran Township School District, a K-12 district committed to excellence and innovation, is seeking an experienced principal to lead Delran Middle School. The Middle School Principal will be the lead administrator for the close to 700 students in Grades 6-8 and the 100 staff members. The district is seeking a dynamic instructional leader committed to maintaining a positive and safe school environment and who has the following qualifications: - NJ Principal\s Certification. - Successful and Proven Experience as a Principal - Effective leadership skills and the demonstrated ability to supervise and evaluate certificated and non-certificated staff members. - Record of success in establishing an effective learning environment and maintaining high standards of academic excellence. - Excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to motivate staff and students. - Ability to work collaboratively with students, staff, parents and community.
