This role will focus on the following:Developing and executing the company's social media strategy to align with the overall business goals, enhance brand awareness, engage with the audience, and drive business objectives. Creating and curating content, managing social media campaigns, analyzing performance, and staying up-to-date on social media trends. Develop social media calendar and schedule content to ensure consistent and timely posting. Responding to comments, messages, and mentions, as well as fostering a positive and engaging online community. Identifying and engaging with influencers and key stakeholders to expand reach and influence. Assisting the Corporate Director of Marketing with developing overall advertising strategies for all properties. Working closely with Corporate Director of Marketing and company advertising agency to develop advertising plans to reach target audiences, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels. Collaborates with the company advertising agency to ensure effective coordination and implementations of all advertising initiatives. Acting as the company Media Relations contact and be responsible for communicating all information with the press. Includes writing and distributing press releases, talking points, coordinating media events, adhering to the company's publicity program policies and maintaining the media distribution database. Building and maintaining relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers, assists with media outreach, and tracking media coverage. Responsible for company reputation management. Includes monitoring and updating Google venue pages, responding to reviews as necessary and providing feedback to necessary departments. Responsible for content management of company web listings on external pages, including Trip. Advisor and OT - As. Responding to incoming guest/public inquiries and complaints. Requires knowledge in all areas of property events and policies. Keys to Success in this Role:The candidate for this position will exhibit creativity through communication. The ideal candidate will possess the following: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field. Three (3) years experience in digital markings, social media or advertising. Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
