Generates and distributes regular and ad-hoc reports for leadership and the philanthropy team to set goals, manage prospects, build portfolios, and support a metrics-driven fundraising strategy. Tracks, maintains, monitors, and reports on donor qualification and retention, prospect meetings, solicitations, and other reporting metrics. Works with the philanthropy team to regularly review prospect portfolios with the goal of refining and tracking movement toward major gifts. Implements requests for assigning, redistributing, or removing prospect assignments from gift officers and foundation leadership. Facilitates prospect development and assignments by ensuring portfolios have a balanced distribution of prospects. Manages a balanced and viable pipeline of prospects in conjunction with the Prospect Research Specialist and Director of Donor Systems & Analytics. Supports the effective implementation of portfolio management processes through the creation and maintenance of an effective donor data platform and tools. Develops and maintains regularly accessed dashboards in Power. BI. Stays informed about industry best practices in fundraising analytics, donor segmentation, and prospect research. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to address data-related issues and improve processes. Provides actionable performance insights to enhance fundraising strategy.
