Identify, target, and develop new customer relationships within the Texas territory - Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities within industrial automation and power applications - Execute consistent outbound prospecting through calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking - Conduct technical sales conversations with engineers, operations leaders, plant managers, and key decision-makers - Position custom-engineered solutions including industrial control panels, renewable energy systems, power distribution solutions, and custom cable assemblies - Partner with manufacturers and channel partners to drive joint business opportunities - Utilize Hub. Spot CRM to manage pipeline activity, forecasting, and customer communication - Deliver presentations, solution discussions, and technical overviews tailored to customer applications - Work cross-functionally with engineering and operations teams to support customer requirements and project execution - Drive territory growth through proactive relationship-building and strategic account development. Qualifications: - Experience in a hunter-style sales role focused heavily on new business development - Proven ability to build, manage, and close a sales pipeline - Strong outbound prospecting experience including calls, email, LinkedIn, and digital outreach - Exposure to industrial automation, electrical systems, power distribution, manufacturing, or control systems preferred - Experience selling technical or engineered solutions preferred - Experience using CRM systems, preferably Hub. Spot - Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills - Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing an active territory.
