Qualifications: - Strong communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills - Excellent administrative, phone and interpersonal skills - Must be able to demonstrate good judgment, self-control and tact in dealing withco-workers, staff and residents - Experience with staffing and preparing work schedules - Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook - Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant Education/ Experience: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1 year of experience in an administrative or staffing/scheduling capacity preferably in a long-term care setting.
