Full Time | Temporary Assignment $18 , DOE Norfolk We are recruiting for a local insurance company who is searching for a bilingual Spanish speaking Agency Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be reliable and detail-oriented and their key responsibilities will be to support daily office operations and serve as a key point of contact for clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, and providing professional, bilingual support in a fast-paced office environment. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, route calls appropriately, and take accurate messages Communicate clearly and courteously with Spanish- and English-speaking clients Receive, open, and distribute incoming mail and packages Scan, upload, and electronically file documents with accuracy and attention to detail Learn and navigate agency management systems, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records Assist with basic data entry and administrative support tasks Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems Support team members with clerical and office-related requests as needed Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive client information Qualifications & Skills Preferred: Fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written) Previous administrative, clerical, or office support experience Microsoft Office Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Professional phone presence and customer-service mindset Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
