More than a driver. You're the crew that makes building easy. If you want to sit behind a wheel all day, this isn't the role for you — and that's okay. But if you like showing up to a job site, getting your hands dirty, and going home knowing you made real work happen, keep reading. What the job actually looks like. You'll operate straight trucks and tractor-trailers. Real variety in your equipment, not the same cab every day. You'll run piggyback lifts regularly. Operating equipment is part of the job, not just a nice-to-have skill. You'll get good at this fast. You'll work on active construction sites. Deliveries mean placing building materials exactly where crews need them — by hand and by lift. You're not just dropping a load at the curb. You'll handle returns, too. When projects wrap, you'll gather material, band it together, and load it back — physically and with the lift. The full cycle is yours. Heavy lifting is part of the deal.
