You'll own the board in real time - making decisions that impact revenue, technician efficiency, and customer experience every single day. What You'll Do Own and manage the daily schedule in Service. Titan Dispatch the right technician to the right call based on skill, location, and opportunity Adjust the board throughout the day to maximize productivity and revenue Communicate clearly with customers regarding ET - As and changes Support technicians in the field to keep jobs running smoothly Ensure jobs are completed, rescheduled properly, and closed out accurately What You Bring Experience dispatching in home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) Strong working knowledge of Service. Titan or similar software Ability to handle a high-volume, fast-paced environment Confident decision-making and problem-solving skills Clear, professional communication with customers and field teams A proactive mindset - you stay ahead of problems, not behind them Requirements Able to work on-site in Austin, Texas Comfortable making outbound customer calls Ability to pass a background check and drug screen upon offer Active work authorization in the U.S. Schedule will include one weekend day on a regular basis At Goettl, we do things the right way, not the easy way.
