How You’ll Make an Impact Places Purchase Requests, keeps budget purchases and CAPEX records. Weekly status reports. Maintain, update and coordinate with on site team-ensuring proper approvals and manages expenditures accordingly. Trouble shoot supplier and/ or system process issues. Tracking and updating requestor(s) weekly status. Communicates order status to all depts via Procurement Log w/ PO #, tracking info. and supplier promised delivery dates. Any Late or delayed delivery is followed up with suppliers, promise date updated on log and communicated to requestor. Responsible for managing suppliers. Reviews and verifies any supplier managed inventory by confirming counts prior to approving supplier order. Ensures not to exceed consumable yearly FLC budget. Negotiates best quoting price. Manage, track and report expenditures to management on a weekly basis to ensure expenditures are within budget limits. What You Bring BS/ BA in related discipline or high school diploma with equivalent purchasing experience is required . years of successful experience in procurement, supply chain, or commodity is required. Those with more experience may be considered for a higher level. Must have a strategic mindset, with strong negotiation skills and attention to detail. Possesses excellent time-management and organization skills. Proven ability to use multiple SAP systems (Ariba, SAP).
