Patient Flow Specialist Supervisor - NYP Transfer Center - Evenings (Tuesday - Friday)Oversee a growing team responsible for collaborating with various disciplines throughout NYP hospital to coordinate the transfer of patients both domestic and international. Work collaboratively with all members of the team of the assigned center and units to ensure high level patient care, optimal physician and patient satisfaction. Supervise the NYP Transfer Center in directing, prioritizing, and innovative approach to patient movement. Provide administrative coverage for the NYP Transfer Center. Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to assure optimal patient flow. Oversee transfers facilitated by the NYP Transfer Center. Participate in data review and QI projects for Transfer Center. Serve as resource for the NYP Transfer Center. Join this exciting opportunity and represent NYP Values in Action. Shift: Tuesday - Friday 12:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. Preferred Criteria. Critical care experience. Required Criteria. Minimum of 3 – 5 managerial / leadership role i.e. previous supervisor / charge nurse.
