Partner and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Quality Assurance, Procurement, Finance, Operations, and Engineering.\r\n\t. Ensure successful technology transfer during product commercialization, providing technical oversight for internal and external manufacturing start-ups and ongoing technical support.\r\n\t. Make significant and ongoing contributions by applying advanced, specialized knowledge to achieve project success.\r\n\t. Support and drive pipeline development aimed at cost optimization through formulation and process efficiencies.\r\n\t. Participate in customer presentations and/or prepare technical content for customer meetings.\r\n\t. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, regulatory requirements (FDA, USDA, Kosher), and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).\r\n\r\n" ][ "\r\n\t.
