Partner directly with oncology clinicians to assess workflows, identify gaps, and reduce inefficiencies (including duplicate documentation). Provide at-the-elbow support while gathering requirements, designing solutions, testing changes, and validating outcomes. Configure, support, and enhance oncology clinical applications, with a strong focus on Elekta Mosaic. Lead or support moderately complex projects, including workflow redesign, system enhancements, and user acceptance testing. Create test scripts, support change requests, and collaborate with service desk and IT teams through implementation. Develop and deliver user training and support materials. Ensure solutions comply with healthcare regulations, policies, and data standards.
