We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Entry-Level Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll administrative processes. This role is heavily focused on data management, internal communication, and record-keeping rather than deep financial accounting or ledger analysis. Timecard Tracking: Review weekly electronic timecards for missing punches or errors. Follow up with managers to secure outstanding approvals and ensure standard policy compliance.\n\t\n\t\n\t. Employee Support: Serve as the first point of contact for internal payroll inquiries, assisting with password resets, pay stub explanations, and personal info updates.\n\t\n\t\n\t. Admin & Reporting: Maintain confidential digital and physical payroll files. Export standard reports after each cycle and assist with year-end W-2 address verification.\n\t\n\n\n.
