A leading Randstad client in the travel and hospitality sector is seeking a hands-on Senior Product Manager, Mar. Tech & Data, to untangle complexity and architect a unified data roadmap. Operating at the intersection of marketing strategy, data engineering, and technical architecture, you will build structure where it doesn't yet fully exist-mapping marketing technology capabilities directly to high-visibility strategic initiatives like loyalt[ "Roadmap Ownership: Own and drive the end-to-end Mar. Dependency Mapping: Document complex system dependencies, cross-functional data flows, and platform integration points across the existing tech stack to optimize prioritization. Agile Execution: Translate high-level business capabilities into structured epics and features for engineering, digital, and analytics teams to accelerate execution. Privacy & Compliance: Ensure all current and future data initiatives strictly comply with GDPR, CCPA, and evolving global data privacy regulations.
