Thur 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM - Fri 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM - Sat 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do:Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Monitor front desk activity, manage access requests, verify visitor credentials, and communicate entry procedures in accordance with site protocols. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and escalate concerns to site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate. Answer phones, greet guests, receive deliveries, and support lobby operations while maintaining awareness of security-related concerns and unusual activity. Prepare reports and maintain logs related to visitors, incidents, and daily front desk activity in alignment with Allied Universal standards and location requirements. Minimum Requirements:Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
