Optical Quality Assurance (OQA) Inspector Are you a meticulous and sharp-eyed quality control professional with a background in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing? We're looking for an Optical Quality Assurance (OQA) Inspector to join our team and ensure the highest standards of product quality. You'll be a critical part of our factory's defense against non-conforming material, driving root cause analysis and corrective actions. What You'll Bring: [ "\n\t\n\t. Operate and Troubleshoot Inspection Equipment: Load, run, and assist in troubleshooting Automated Visual Inspection (AVI) equipment.\n\t\n\t\n\t. Defect Analysis: Perform detailed defect review, classification, and execute microscope inspections to verify material quality against specifications.\n\t\n\t\n\t. Non-Conformance Management: Take ownership when non-conforming material is identified.\n\n\t\n\t\t\n\t\t. Investigate the root cause of defects.\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t. Create comprehensive summary reports detailing findings and recommended actions.\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t. Lead the initial factory response, escalating as necessary based on event severity and business impact.\n\t\t\n\t\n\t\n\t\n\t. Quality Improvement (CAPA): Own the closed-loop verification process for all corrective actions and preventive countermeasures to ensure defect recurrence is eliminated.\n\t\n\t\n\t. Quality Standards: Consistently follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and identify nonconformities against strict specifications and quality standards.\n\t\n\t\n\t. Data Analysis: Utilize knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL) concepts to make informed decisions and execute action plans in response to failing results.\n\t\n\n.
