Your day typically involves analyzing port-to-FC performance data, coordinating with drayage providers to optimize capacity utilization, and working with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges. You'll manage daily volume planning, track key metrics, and develop strategies to improve speed and cost efficiency in our drayage operations. About the team. Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, transportation logistics- 4 years of program or project management experience- 4 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, V - Look. Ups) at an advanced level and SQL- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams- 4 years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience- 4 years of carrier management experience. Preferred Qualifications- 5 years of driving process improvements experience- 5 years of developing program strategies and plans, diving execution, and influencing senior stakeholders experience- Master's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field.
