Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients using a consultative sales approach. Identify new business opportunities while nurturing existing client accounts. Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals. Analyze customer data and market trends to craft strategic sales plans. Present and promote tailored technology solutions to meet client needs. Stay current with product and industry developments through ongoing training. Compensation & Benefits: Base Pay Commissions: 1st Year Average: $55 k - $75 k | 2nd Year Average: $80 k Quarterly bonuses and a protected territory. Consistent Monday-Friday schedule (8 a.m. - 5 p.m.). Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision insurance, and a 401(k) with company match. 9 paid holidays and 2 weeks of PTO upon hire. Opportunities for continued education and professional growth. Desired Qualifications: Proven success in outside B 2 B sales with the ability to meet and exceed goals. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Technical aptitude and proficiency with CRM/ ERP systems. Self-motivated and capable of working independently. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business is preferred. Additional Requirements: Valid driver's license and ability to obtain auto insurance coverage. Basic technology skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Ability to occasionally lift and carry products such as printers and scanners.
