How you’ll make an impact in this role BSN-Led Care Coordination: Utilizes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) to lead multidisciplinary teams, executing and monitoring complex care plans aligned with healthcare protocols. Clinical Excellence & Versatility: Executes physician orders and monitors patient conditions with the adaptability to support high-acuity environments, including Pediatric Hematology/ Oncology. Strategic Discharge Planning: Partners with the healthcare team to assess patient needs, ensuring seamless transitions, robust education, and continuity of care. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration:BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Certification specializing in Chemotherapy preferred. Education:Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire. What
