How you’ll make an impact in this role Lead daily shift operations by effectively coordinating resources and team workflows to ensure seamless, uninterrupted patient careSupport your colleagues as a hands-on technical expert, working alongside the team to maintain clinical excellence and solve real-time challenges. Create a culture of high performance by monitoring work progress and ensuring every team member is aligned with our safety and quality standards. Oversee the growth of our people by managing the orientation and training of new associates, directly shaping the future talent of the department. Optimize clinical readiness by managing essential supply inventories and medication samples so the team always has the tools they need to succeed. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration:BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. One or more of the following required:Medical Assistant credentialed from the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Medical Assistant credentialed from the American Medical Technologists (AMT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Medical Assistant credentialed from the National Association for Health Professionals obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Medical Assistant credentialed from the National Healthcare Association obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
