#x 9; Receive incoming materials and verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips Prepare outgoing shipments and ensure products are packaged, labeled, and documented correctly Coordinate daily shipping activity with production, inventory, and transportation carriers Create and maintain shipping documentation including bills of lading (BO - Ls), packing slips, and customs paperwork Enter and maintain shipment and inventory data within ERP systems (QAD experience preferred) Schedule pickups and deliveries with LTL, FTL, and parcel carriers Apply shipping labels, barcodes, handling instructions, and shipment markings accurately Maintain compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards Assist with inventory accuracy, organization, and warehouse support as needed Qualifications Previous shipping and receiving experience preferred Experience using ERP or warehouse management systems preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to manage shipping documentation accurately Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform active warehouse duties throughout the shift Comfortable wearing required PPE, including steel/composite toe footwear Strong communication and teamwork skills Why Join Kelly® Professional & Industrial?
