Work Experience Required. Active Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Maryland, or eligible to practice due to Compact state agreements outlined through the MD Board of Nursing, is required. A master’s degree in nursing or healthcare field from an accredited graduate program. Individuals currently enrolled in an accredited master’s in nursing or healthcare field program will be considered. BSN is required if a graduate degree is not in nursing. A minimum of 5 years of related experience is required; nursing experience preferred. Specialty Certification by accredited program preferred, and required within 18 months of hire (NPD, CNE)Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities.
