Position Type: Full time Work Schedule: 7 a-7 p or 7 PM until 7 AM ? This position may be eligible for a sign-on bonus. Provides and documents assistance to patients with activities of daily living and maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse. What You'll Do. Obtain and document vital signs, intake and output, and other clinical observations. Assist patients with ambulation, transfers, positioning, and personal care. Monitor patient condition and promptly report abnormal findings to the Registered NurseSupport infection prevention practices and patient safety initiatives. Stock patient rooms, perform basic equipment maintenance, and maintain unit readiness. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to meet departmental and hospital goals. Provide compassionate, customer-focused care in fast-paced acute care environments. Float to comparable units including ICU, PCU, Med Surg, and Inpatient Rehab as assigned. What We're Looking For. Education: High school diploma or GED required. Experience: One year preferred. Assisted Living facilities only: One year experience working in long-term care or assisted living, required. Licensure/certification/registration: Completion of NAI program required. Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I required.
