Responsible for delivery of application technology solutions and data information planning effort. Coordinates and manages on-call support and owns the system monitoring process. Requires an BA/ BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study and a minimum of 7 years related experience; multi platform, multi-dimensional experience, and expert level experience with business and technical applications; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences: Experience mentoring others and provide troubleshooting support strongly preferred. Multi database and/or multi language strongly preferred. Strong backend or full-stack engineering background, with hands-on proficiency in Python. Hands on proficiency JavaScript/ Type. Script, and familiarity with frontend frameworks such as React and Node.js. Experience with modern backend development stack including: Git, GCP and/or AWS, Docker and Kubernetes, Relational and non-relational databases, Monitoring and alerting tools. Experience delivering integration solutions in healthcare environments. Strong understanding of healthcare data standards and security requirements (HIPAA, HL 7, FHIR). Leadership expereince. Experience building and operating highly available, cloud-native system and driving architectural modernization initiatives.
