THE DAY-TO-DAY:Provide services including but not limited to, assisting all guests with Spa and/or Salon appointments, check guests in and out of facility, provide sincere, enthusiastic, quality, and consistent customer service to the spa and salon clients. Create exceptional customer service and assist guests with questions, ensure professional and courteous behavior to all guests and employees, manage cash bank daily, retain knowledge of spa/salon software system. Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:Experience in guest service is preferred. Cash handling experience is desired.
