As an Associate Creative Director, Art Director you will work to understand our client’s objectives, help shape the creative approach, and work with other teams in overseeing the creative vision and execution of projects. This is a role hyper specific to social content that may extend to other channels thereafter. Support creative and social media brainstorming sessions Use insights to tailor content that resonates with target demographics Hone a strong, strategic sense to concept against creative briefs Stay updated on industry and platform trends, competitor strategies, and audience behavior to inform content creation Have a general knowledge of technology, user interface and visual design fundamentals Maintains high quality on creative deliverables Develop creative content for Integrated conceptual campaigns across across video and film channels across social. Guide high-level visual concepts while understanding the technical logistics of photoshoots, video production, and asset delivery Ensure creative is on-brand but also inspires user engagement, wins affinity and is breakthrough and fresh Generate and edit creative assets that will live across all social channels on a daily and weekly basis Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas internally as well as liaise with the client and in-house creative team members on a daily / weekly basis. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Media Design, or Advertising/ Portfolio school 7-9 years total experience with at least 3 years in an advertising or marketing agency with experience across 360, social, TV, OOH An engaging portfolio than demonstrates both conceptual ability and art direction craft and social content creation Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (After effect, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, In. Design), Figma, Canva General awareness and understanding of the digital landscape, including online campaigns, mobile experiences, and social media landscape. Enthusiasm, big ideas and attention for details are welcome Strong written and verbal communication skills. A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and innovation. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. You are passionate about the creative world and love to stay on top of the latest trends, strategies, and technologies as well as how competitors within the industry are doing things Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work Experience with insurance or finance client work is a plus
