PTO/ Vacation 401 k. HR Generalist - Payroll & Benefits Administration Details:Direct Hire position$66,000.00 to $85,000.00 /annually. First Shift. Process and manage payroll in ADP, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with federal, state, and local wage laws. Audit payroll data including timekeeping, attendance, and pay adjustments; resolve discrepancies and employee inquiries. Maintain payroll records and support reporting, audits, and compliance requirements. Administer employee benefits programs including enrollments, changes, and terminations. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits questions and issue resolution. Coordinate open enrollment and communicate benefit offerings to employees. Partner with brokers and vendors to manage plans and ensure compliance with ACA, COBRA, and related regulations. Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS/ ADP, including data audits, reporting, and employment verifications. Support recruiting and onboarding for hourly employees, including screening, interview coordination, and new hire orientation. Coordinate and track training programs, certifications, and compliance requirements (Alchemy system. Generate and analyze HR reports related to payroll, benefits, compliance, and workforce trends. Provide day-to-day HR support including employee relations, policy guidance, payroll, and benefits. Assist with workplace safety initiatives, including incident reporting, documentation, and safety audits. HR Generalist - Payroll & Benefits Administration Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred 2 years of HR experience with direct payroll and benefits administration responsibility. Strong working knowledge of ADP or similar HRIS/payroll systems. Understanding of employment laws related to payroll and benefits (FLSA, ACA, COBRA)High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred. Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.
