We are seeking a diligent and experienced ITQ Technician to play a vital role in supporting our warehousing, shipping, and receiving operations. This position is essential for ensuring the efficient movement, accurate tracking, and timely delivery of materials within our facility. The ideal candidate will be proficient in material handling, warehouse management systems, and committed to providing excellent internal customer service. Pay:The realistic range for this role is between $45,000-$54,000 ($23.07-$27.69 per hour). This role is salaried, non-exempt and is eligible for additional straight time and overtime. Hours worked between 37.5–40 per week are paid at the regular hourly rate (straight time)Hours worked over 40 per week are paid at 1.5 x (time and a half)This role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus, based on individual performance and company results BENEFITS INCLUDE:Benefits that begin on Day 115 days of vacation (increases after 5 years)2-3 personal days per year, plus company holidays (personal days are based on company holiday calendar)Paid sick time 401(k) with company match and annual contribution. Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance - Vacation, personal days, and sick time are prorated based on start date - KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Execute the safe and efficient loading and unloading of trucks and other transport vehicles. Accurately receive, inspect, and process incoming materials, utilizing a Warehouse Management System (WMS) for inventory updates and record-keeping. Perform internal movement of pallets and various materials throughout the warehouse using appropriate equipment, primarily forklifts. Manage the proper disposal of materials in accordance with established safety and environmental guidelines. Provide responsive and professional customer service to internal business teams, addressing inquiries related to material availability, shipments, and logistics support. Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment for a significant portion of daily tasks, adhering to all safety protocols. Assist with various aspects of shipping operations, including packaging, labeling, documentation, and coordination of outgoing shipments. Collaborate effectively with the broader Logistics team on special projects and to support overall departmental objectives as required. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - High School Degree with at least 3 years of directly relatable experience. Forklift experience. Ability to lift and manipulate 55 lbs. Strong customer service skills and ability to build strong work relationships. Highly organized self-starter with demonstrated initiative and flexibility. Strong ability to prioritize, multi-task and exercise sound judgment and discretion. Excellent attention to detail. Requires basic math skills, technical aptitude on Microsoft Suite applications and be adept to learning an inventory management system.
