Write and edit copy for a variety of marketing needs, including digital assets, e-commerce content, internal materials, and supporting creative documents Support the team by helping keep day-to-day projects progressing through coordination, tracking, and follow-ups Help manage and maintain creative launch trackers for the channel, ensuring timelines, tasks, and deliverables are clearly documented and up to date Maintain and organize Dropbox, servers, and other digital storage systems, ensuring files are clearly labeled, versioned, and easy to locate Proof and review copy for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment Communicate cross-functionally with designers, marketers, and other partners as needed Aid additional marketing initiatives and support broader marketing needs as assigned Perform other duties as assigned What You’ll Need (Qualifications): Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, , or a related field preferred, but not required with relevant experience and portfolio Entry- to mid-level experience, with openness to candidates who demonstrate strong writing and organizational capabilities Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills Comfortable working within shared file systems and managing detailed trackers or documents Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to absorb, apply, and respond positively to constructive feedback Self-motivated mindset with comfort taking direction and learning quickly Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment #LI-DNP -
