– Veterinary CSR / Receptionist Emergency Intake & Client Support Greet and triage incoming emergency patients Identify STAT cases and immediately alert medical staff Maintain calm, organized intake during high-pressure situations Compassionate Client Communication Guide pet owners through urgent medical situations Explain estimates, treatment plans, and hospital flow clearly Support families during end-of-life care and difficult decisions with empathy and professionalism Front Desk & Administrative Excellence Manage high-volume multi-line phone systems Accurately document client and patient information Process payments and maintain financial accuracy Maintain a clean, professional, welcoming reception area Team Collaboration in ER Environment Partner closely with veterinarians and veterinary technicians Support efficient patient flow and communication Contribute to a respectful, accountable, high-performance team culture. Required:High School Diploma or equivalent. Reliable availability for overnight, evening, and weekend shifts. Ability to lift 30–50 pounds. Strong dependability and punctuality. Highly Preferred:Experience as a Veterinary Receptionist or Veterinary CSR - Experience in emergency veterinary medicine or human healthcare.
