Director, National Accounts - Small Format

In this role, you'll help shape how our brands show up within one of the most important and fast-moving channels in the business. Partner with the SVP of National Accounts - Small Format to develop and execute convenience channel sales strategy across current and future customers Lead, coach, and develop a team of account managers, helping them grow as business leaders and trusted customer partners Build strong relationships with national convenience customers through business reviews, programming presentations, and category solutions Collaborate with Field Sales teams to increase availability and drive strong in-market execution Identify and act on growth opportunities using data and sales tools including IRI, Nielsen, VIP, and Numerator Partner with Marketing and Shopper Insights to develop impactful programs and customer solutions Align internal teams, customers, and distribution partners on priorities, timelines, forecasts, pricing, and product launches Ensure pricing, programming, and execution meet brand standards across accounts Develop and manage annual account budgets while tracking progress and performance throughout the year Maintain strong communication across internal and external partners to keep teams aligned and informed Travel as needed (up to ~30%) to support the business Take on additional responsibilities as needed What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree preferred 2 years of National/ Strategic Account experience or 5 years in retail, CPG sales, promotional marketing, or e-commerce Experience in digital/e-commerce sales or beverage alcohol preferred Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into action Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across teams and partners A collaborative mindset and a drive for continuous improvement Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) A valid driver's license and clean driving record Interest in the beer industry (bonus if familiar with brewing, spirits, or the 3-tier system) Additional Details This role can be based in Dallas or San Antonio, TX, with regular travel (up to 30%) to support the business.
