Collect data and gather relevant information and documentation. Perform standard computations and analyses. Complete basic design tasks. Prepare drawings and visual aids. Assist with tasks such as preparing permit applications, drawings, and written documents Prepares portions of project documentation. Reviews and edits specifications. Conducts research and investigations. Observes construction activities and field operations. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required. Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field required. Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required 0–5 years of civil design experience required; water resources-related experience is a plus. Knowledge of engineering principles and construction materials related to water resources projects. Ability to read, interpret, and communicate contract documents, plans, and specifications. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. Willingness to travel up to 25% per month. Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment, lead tasks, work independently, and remain self-motivated. Regular and predictable attendance is required.
