We are currently seeking a compassionate, motivated, and team-oriented Full-Time Counselor to join our growing Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) team in Austin, TX. Facilitate individual, group, and family counseling sessions for clients in recovery Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the clinical team Support clients through all phases of treatment and discharge planning Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Coordinate care with referral sources and outside providers as needed Participate in clinical supervision, staffing, and multidisciplinary team meetings Foster a safe, supportive, and engaging therapeutic environment Schedule.
