Assists and supports the Mortgage Loan Officer and members with completion of loan applications, loan pricing, loan restructures, and rate locks Education and/or Experience: Associates degree preferred or two years of directly related experience required. Minimum two years mortgage experience and/or training required Certification: Incumbent must comply with the SAFE act provisions and maintain active status in the NMLS Registry. NMLS certification required. Incumbent must possess a unique identifier number. Incumbent must renew registration annually between November 1 and December 31st of each calendar year. Any registration not renewed will become inactive. It is also the incumbents responsibility to update the registry when applicable such as name change, job or employment changes. Job Responsibilities: Requests and reviews all necessary loan documents from the member and uploads them to Image. Flow and confirms that they are legible, complete and categorized correctly. Responsible for issuing all disclosures in a timely fashion to meet all compliance and TRID regulations. Input and validate data in Salesforce and the Loan Origination System for new member. Accounts to expedite account openings required for new membership. Familiar with all products and FMA guidelines necessary to fulfill loan eligibility. Assists the MLO with marketing efforts and all follow up calls on pre-approvals and leads that have not converted into opportunities. Oversee their ML - Os team loan pipeline, assuring timely processing from origination to closing. Provide a high level of member service to borrowers, assist and maintain contact with the MLO, operations team, and member throughout the transaction.
