An LAA IT Intern is responsible for maintaining and supporting the company's technology infrastructure. Responsible for managing the functionality, efficiency, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of both physical and virtual hardware including those in lab environments and computers running on one or more operating systems using monitoring tools. Image, configure, harden Windows and Linux PC's. Maintain technical and. Work with customers to identify, isolate, and resolve problems with devices that are affecting other services. Executes, maintains, and promotes Security Compliancy and Process Improvement processes and policies. Ability to express and discuss technical topics effectively within team environment.
