We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (English/ Spanish) to join our dynamic inbound call center team. This is a "true back-to-back" environment where your language skills and technical proficiency will directly impact the banking experience for our credit card customers. High-Volume Inbound Support: Manage 75-100 calls per day in a fast-paced environment. Calls average 3-5 minutes (AHT) with an expectation of immediate readiness for the next customer.\n\t\n\t\n\t. Communication & Translation: Navigate calls in both English and Spanish. This includes reading Spanish scripts and performing real-time translation of technical banking terms that may not have a direct script translation.\n\t\n\t\n\t. Account & Portfolio Management: Review customer credit card profiles to assist with payments, balance transfers, and transaction reviews. You will help customers understand their balances and account structures.\n\t\n\t\n\t. Technical Problem Solving: Independently research cases and resolve issues related to:\n\n\t\n\t\t\n\t\t. Payments and Balance Transfers\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t. Lost/ Stolen Cards\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t. Fraud and Transaction Reviews\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t. Dispute Processing\n\t\t\n\t\n\t\n\t\n\t. Escalation Handling: Identify complex or high-risk issues and efficiently transfer them to the appropriate specialized departments.\n\t\n\n\n. Technical & Environment Expectations\n\n\n\t\n\t. Advanced System Navigation: You must be highly competent in "multi-window" navigation - organizing your desktop and toolbars to research data while simultaneously speaking with the customer.\n\t\n\t. Stationary Focus: This role requires being at your desk for the duration of the shift in a busy, high-energy office environment.\n\t\n\t.
