Design, configure, and support RSA Archer GRC solutions across governance, risk, and compliance functions. Build and maintain Archer applications including assessments, issue management, controls assurance, and custom workflows. Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Develop and support integrations between Archer and enterprise platforms using REST APIs / web services. Configure forms, questionnaires, workflows, approvals, permissions, and data relationships within Archer. Troubleshoot platform issues, optimize performance, and resolve technical defects. Create technical documentation including solution designs, testing artifacts, and implementation plans. Support production deployments, change management, and release governance processes.
