Advise clients on estate planning strategies, including drafting wills, trusts, and powers of attorney Assist with trust administration and probate matters, guiding clients through estate settlement processes Support estate and gift tax planning, including preparation or review of IRS Forms 706 and 709 Counsel fiduciaries, trustees, and beneficiaries on their roles and responsibilities Assist with trust funding, asset transfers, and related estate planning matters Collaborate with financial advisors and CPAs to develop comprehensive estate planning solutions Conduct legal research and draft estate planning and tax-related documents Qualifications & Skills Juris Doctor (J. D.) from an accredited law school 3 years of experience in trust and estate law Background in estate planning and tax planning preferred LL.
