It ensures a consistent marketing message, maintains key market data, and involves stakeholders in marketing plans. The role also involves tracking campaign performance and aligning marketing with product development timelines. Job Description. Responsibilities:Managing marketing expenditures to ensure alignment with the allocated budget. Own and manage the direct mail contact plan, including budget/forecasting, creative formats, audience targeting, and offer planning. Disseminating marketing campaign details and customer feedback to promote unified understanding. Leveraging demographic and market data to support marketing objectives and campaigns. Engaging stakeholders throughout the development and launch phases of marketing plans. Monitoring campaign effectiveness using KPIs and ROI metrics to report on marketing success. Aligning marketing efforts with product development for synchronized product launches and feature promotions. Close partnership with vendor resources to ensure seamless in market execution of Direct Mail campaigns. Creation of strategic briefs to build internal alignment and provide guidance to creative resources. Partner internally on creative reviews for strategic initiatives to ensure go to market alignment between DM and other tactics. Prioritize test & learn agenda for channel across consumer lifecycle, focus on maximizing benefit of AI assets in outreach. Developing Power Point slides for presentations and strong presentation skills for presenting to senior leaders. Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
