Position is part of the FP&A team that supports the capital financial management within the Keystone Region. Responsible for preparing and analyzing financial and back-end capital processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and strategic alignment of capital investments. Candidate must have strong proficiency in working with large, complex datasets. Key responsibilities include reporting, financial modeling, and variance analysis. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge. Job Description. Core Responsibilities. Manage capital project budgets and purchase orders. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports related to both capital finance and fleet management. Participates with the preparation of month and year-end processes by reviewing actual vs. budget/forecast variances, reviewing financial trends. Performs additional Business Operations duties and tasks as required. Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
