As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards in all aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued. - Serve beverages and food promptly, accurately, and courteously, following standard recipes and portion control. - Maintain in-depth knowledge of the beverage menu, ingredients, and other hotel outlets to confidently answer guest questions and make recommendations. - Prepare, stock, and maintain the bar, including garnishes, perishables, and supplies, based on daily projections. - Handle cash and register transactions accurately, ensuring accountabilities for all beverages served. - Check guests for proper identification and manage guest inebriation according to training and local liquor laws. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and surrounding areas, adhering to operating procedures. - Promote Hilton services and facilities to guests and suppliers. - Take personal responsibility for guest satisfaction, resolving issues promptly and professionally. - Collaborate effectively with team members, providing support and clear communication. - Follow all safety procedures and report any accidents or incidents to management. - Perform additional reasonable duties as assigned by management.
